Shipping and Returns.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
$9.99 flat rate for all US Customers. Our default carrier option is USPS Priority Mail - which takes 2-3 business days to arrive (on average).

All orders processed and shipped from Southern California within 5–10 business days. Our candles are hand-poured in small batches, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be completed. USPS Priority generally takes 2-3 business days to arrive, but travel times have been longer of late due to demand increase and COVID-19-related issues.

Local pickup is available for free for the residents of Los Angeles, California.

You should receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order is has been fulfilled. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally at this time. Please check back for updates when we are able to ship worldwide! Thank you for your understanding.

RETURN POLICY

At The Violet Effect, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. We do not allow returns, although we understand it is hard to decide on a scent before hand, please reach out to us first with any questions to ensure you will love your candle. We suggest regifting your candle if the scent doesn't match your scent profile!

Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded.

However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to The Violet Effect within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us at info@thevioleteffect.com and we will get you a replacement candle.
